Yes, we are fully insured on every job, big or small. You are completely covered from the day we start to the day we finish.
It depends on the work. A fence or a lawn cut can be a day, a patio is usually a few days, and a full garden transformation can run a couple of weeks. We give you a realistic timeframe with your quote and keep you updated throughout.
Always. We leave the garden tidier than we found it, every single time. All waste and offcuts are cleared and taken away as part of the job.
For smaller jobs, payment is on completion. For larger transformations we may agree a deposit or staged payments up front, and this is always set out clearly in your written quote before any work begins.
